Meet Brenda! Known for her upbeat attitude and proactive approach, The QC Assistance Supervisor is a powerful illustration of resilience and relentless commitment. In 2009, she took a courageous step, leaving her home in Puerto Rico to create a better life for herself and her two daughters Yolie & Jennifer, in the United States. This decision was fueled by her deep desire to provide them with an excellent education and the countless opportunities she dreamed of as a child. For Brenda, her daughters are the center of her universe. Every day, they inspire her with their dreams and ambitions, driving a force of determination into Brenda in her career. It is remarkable to see how their bond fuels her every endeavor. Brenda has a natural talent to empower others and cultivate a productive environment. This fueled the decision to relocate her to Quality Control after two years in Floor Production, which is where she began when she was hired in 2012. Brenda had prior clerical experience and proved her ability to solve problems quickly. As we expected, Brenda thrived in her new position as she managed everything Precision threw her way. Some of her current responsibilities include building new kits for their first line run, gathering quarterly reports of production analysis for upper management as well as training logs for all employees. In her supervisory role, she oversees QC inspectors, ensuring that standards are upheld and fostering a collaborative work environment. Brenda also conducts new employee introduction meetings, helping integrate newcomers into the team seamlessly. Being bilingual, she bridges language barriers, enhancing communication and efficiency within her diverse team, making her an invaluable asset to Precision. She volunteers willfully to assist in our internal audit procedures for our ISO 9001 certification. Whether it is auditing a department or translating documents, she cheerfully offers her help at any time of need. Faith plays an essential role in Brenda’s life. She draws strength and guidance from her spirituality which serves as her compass, helping her navigate the ups and downs of life and ultimately instilling a deep sense of hope and purpose. Among the many influences in Brenda’s life, her beloved grandmother, Ines, holds a special place in her heart. The appreciation for her brought chills to the room as Brenda shared stories about Ines, who provided Brenda with stability and guidance during her formative years. Ines instilled in Brenda essential morals, healthy habits, and the importance of being a good person. These lessons deeply resonated with Brenda and shaped who she is today, guiding her decisions and interactions, even after Ines’s passing. Brenda is a standout employee who displays her grandmother’s nurture daily. Her hard work and compassion foster the efficiency and positivity that we are so lucky to have at our company!
