Laudable Leader.

It is my pleasure to introduce Lorena! Lorena has been a vital part of the Precision team for eight years, playing a crucial role as the ETE team leader. Her dedication and willingness to learn have made her an invaluable asset, particularly in handling special requests that arise from specific customer directions. This includes managing packaging preferences, component inclusion and exclusion, creating instruction sheets, and addressing any unique requests that come up, showcasing her adaptability and commitment to customer satisfaction. Having started her career at Precision in the Quality Control department, Lorena quickly impressed her colleagues and supervisors with her work efficiency and leadership skills. She ascended to her current leadership position, where she is responsible for receiving orders, thoroughly reviewing instructions, and delegating tasks to ensure that each order is meticulously prepared and shipped on time. Her ability to coordinate effectively in a fast-paced environment is a testament to her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. In addition to her leadership role, Lorena assists in quality control and supports the sub-kits team whenever needed, demonstrating her willingness and versatility. Born in Chile, Lorena moved to Venezuela as an infant, where she spent her formative years. Her family later migrated to the United States when she was eighteen, a transition that opened new doors for her both personally and professionally. Outside work, Lorena has a passion for skiing, a sport she discovered as a young adult, and enjoys the thrill of gliding down the slopes. Family is incredibly important to Lorena, and she especially cherishes spending time with her loved ones during special occasions. She loves celebrating holidays, milestones, and birthdays, where she admires her two nieces that she holds so close to her heart. In the summer, you can find Lorena at the beach soaking up the sun, or attending concerts, especially those featuring her favorite genre: country music. Lorena is truly outstanding both in and out of the workplace. Her exemplary leadership at Precision, coupled with her vibrant and positive attitude, sets a notable example for those around her. We are incredibly fortunate to have someone as dedicated, skilled, and passionate as Lorena on our team, and we look forward to many more successful years together. Her positive energy and resilience inspire us all, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on our team!
