It is my pleasure to introduce Jose! Jose’s journey began in the vibrant landscapes of Ecuador, where he was born and raised. Driven by a desire for new opportunities and a better life for his family, he made the significant move to the United States in 2003. Upon arriving, he navigated through a few job markets, exploring different roles and industries in search of his true calling. It wasn’t long before he found his home at Precision, where he made his mark by joining the sub-kit line. Initially, he focused on packaging components and preparing for line runs where he excelled with ease. Not long after, Jose found himself gaining the responsibility of locating and verifying all the parts needed for each sub-kit line run. His fantastic memory and experience with the components made him the perfect fit to ensure that our customers are receiving the correct parts in each sub-kit. Jose’s positive attitude and extensive knowledge of parts and their locations make him an exceptional mentor for new employees. He takes pride in sharing his expertise and guiding others to succeed in their roles. During his downtime, he often assists in floor production by pulling orders and offering a helping hand wherever needed, always willing to contribute to the team’s success. As a proud father to six children, Patricio, Mauricio, Alex, Jhonatan, Yolanda, and Martha—Jose is deeply committed to his family. He cherishes the moments spent engaging in activities with his children, whether swimming in the pool, enjoying sunny days at the beach, or playing volleyball, which is one of his favorite pastimes. Beyond his love for outdoor activities, Jose is also passionate about cooking! When he’s not at work, Jose is often found in the kitchen, orchestrating the preparation of a home-cooked meal while sharing laughs and stories in the company of his loved ones. His dedication extends to his spiritual life, as he values attending church and the connection with his spirituality. When Jose isn’t in the kitchen or attending Mass, you can find him at the gym, deep in his workout routine. Jose is a firm believer in the importance of a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Having Jose on our team at Precision is truly a blessing. His dedication, expertise, and positive attitude elevates our workplace and inspires those around him.
