It is my pleasure to introduce Ines! Born in Ecuador, Ines began her career as a nurse’s assistant in her early adulthood. In 1997, driven by an instinctive sense of opportunity and adventure, she made a bold decision to relocate to the United States. What started as a temporary move quickly became permanent, and five years later, her family joined her, solidifying her new home and future. After arriving in the U.S., Ines initially entered the retail sector, landing a job in an electronics store. Although it provided valuable experience, she soon realized she was seeking a more fulfilling path, one that would enable her to make a deeper impact and take pride in her work. That opportunity came in 2003 when she applied for and was hired in the Quality Control department at Precision International. From day one, Ines stood out. Her dedication, fast learning, and meticulous attention to detail quickly made her a perfect fit for the team. She immersed herself in the intricacies of the parts, mastering their dimensions and learning how to detect even the smallest irregularities before products reached customers. Within her first year, her consistency and reliability led to a special designation: Ines became the lead assembler of Precision’s internal kit boards. These production boards serve as critical visual models that guide the assembly of our overhaul kits, piston kits, sealing kits, and repair kits. Thanks to Ines’s precision, these boards ensure that all team members across departments have a clear and accurate reference, helping maintain quality and consistency in every outgoing shipment. Beyond her specialized role, Ines is frequently called upon to support quality control throughout all production departments. Her sharp eye and deep knowledge make her the go-to expert for inspections across sub-kits, the assembly line, and floor production. Beyond her exceptional work at Precision, Ines cherishes the moments she spends with her family, particularly her son, Andrew. An incredible athlete, Andrew, has demonstrated remarkable talent on the soccer field, earning accolades and opportunities that take him far and wide. Ines passionately supports him, frequently traveling to cheer him on as he competes in tournaments across the nation and internationally. Recently, he was even invited to Spain to vie for a coveted spot on a league team—an achievement that fills Ines with pride and joy. For her, the greatest reward comes from watching Andrew pursue his dreams with determination and enthusiasm. When the summer months arrive, Ines revels in the joy of simple pleasures: barbecuing, basking in the sun, and watching her nephews and nieces raise their children, the next generation of her family. Ines’s journey is a powerful reminder that sometimes the most impactful decisions come from simply following your instincts. Her dedication to excellence, deep sense of responsibility, and consistent support for her colleagues have made her an indispensable part of our team.
