It is my pleasure to introduce Reina! Reina is an exemplary leader and an invaluable member of the Precision International team. Born in El Salvador and raised in a large family as one of nine siblings, her early life was marked by teamwork and natural fortitude. In 2000, she made a significant decision to move to the United States, seeking better opportunities for herself and her family. Reina is not only a dedicated employee but also a proud mother to her 18-year-old son, Andrew, who works alongside her at Precision International. He is the center of her motivation, driving her to build a successful career while providing him with a strong foundation for his future. As the Sub Kit Leader, Reina demonstrates exceptional intelligence and a robust work ethic. She excels at organizing and distributing tasks among her team, overseeing line runs, quantity counts, and providing special directions based on order requirements. Her meticulous attention to detail guarantees that each assembled sub kit contains the correct components, quantities, and packaging, meeting the high standards of the company. Her strong problem-solving skills make her the go-to person for troubleshooting and maintaining our sub kit equipment, including sealing and packaging machines, as well as the digital systems that operate them. Reina ensures that every package is labeled with correct date codes and sub kit numbers. Beyond her technical expertise, Reina is a beacon of positivity on the work floor. Her coworkers often describe her as an uplifting spirit who brings joy and humor to every shift. Her ability to lift morale, solve challenges before they arise, and lead by example has made her an invaluable asset to the team. Outside of work, Reina’s drive doesn’t stop. She works part-time as an Uber driver, further displaying her consistent dedication and work ethic. She’s also an avid runner, beach lover, and talented cook. Her homemade pupusas—a traditional dish she learned from her mother—are a treasured culinary connection to her Salvadoran roots. At Precision International, we are fortunate to have Reina as part of our team. Her commitment, leadership qualities, and warm personality not only contribute to our success but also inspire those around her.
