With 21 years of consistent service, she continues to set the standard for accuracy, dedication, and integrity in her role as an Order Picker. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched, and her careful attention to detail ensures that every order she touches is fulfilled with precision and care. Maria Isabel’s daily work reflects her personal pride in doing things right. She carefully analyzes sales orders line by line, verifying quantities, locating parts, and double-checking each item before it is added to an order. Her dedication and reliability have earned her a well-deserved reputation as someone the company can always count on. Maria Isabel brings more than just skill to the table—she brings heart. Her warm personality and eagerness to lend a hand contribute immensely to the positive and supportive culture at Precision. Whether it’s singing “Happy Birthday” with her coworkers or organizing holiday gatherings, Maria Isabel has a way of making others feel valued and connected. Through the years, she’s formed lasting friendships that extend far beyond the production floor and is grateful for everyone she’s encountered. Born in El Salvador as one of five siblings, Maria grew up with three sisters and one brother. In 2004, she made the brave and life-changing decision to move to the United States alone, seeking a better future for herself and her soon-to-be-born son, Matthew. Maria Isabel also has two daughters, Regina and Soraya, who have made her a proud grandmother to three cherished grandsons. Family remains the center of Maria’s world. Weekends are often spent surrounded by loved ones, enjoying meals, stories, and laughter. She finds joy in watching her children and grandchildren grow, knowing that her journey—and the hard work that came with it—laid the foundation for their future. Maria has been happily married to her wife, Lorena, for eight years. Their bond, however, spans two decades of shared dreams, family values, and unwavering love. Together, they have created a life filled with purpose, joy, and strong community ties. Outside of work and family, Maria is known for her incredible baking talent. Her cakes are not only delicious but beautifully designed—a blend of artistic flair and flavor that’s made her the go-to baker for birthdays, weddings, and workplace celebrations. She’s also passionate about music, traveling, and dancing—interests that reflect her vibrant and joyful spirit. Maria Isabel is more than just a dedicated employee; she’s a beloved member of the Precision family. Her life is a testament to perseverance, love, and excellence, and she continues to inspire everyone around her with her light, laughter, and leadership.
