It is my pleasure to introduce Rafael! Rafael is an experienced Assembly Line Specialist at Precision International, known for his friendly demeanor and impressive versatility across various departments including the Assembly Line, Sub Kits, Shipping and Receiving. Some of his responsibilities include pulling parts for line runs, sealing and counting outgoing products, and ensuring that orders meet customer expectations. He weighs each box to make sure everything is uniform—talk about attention to detail! He also assists with counts of incoming parts to verify accuracy and organizes them appropriately, streamlining operations and contributing to a well-organized workspace. Rafael also assists with shipments by skidding, shrink-wrapping, and confirming quantity counts one last time before orders leave the facility. His wealth of knowledge about the company’s operations and part locations makes him an invaluable resource, particularly for new employees who benefit from his willingness to lend a helping hand. Rafael’s dependable nature, combined with his positive attitude, contributes significantly to the overall morale of the workplace. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Rafael moved to the United States in 2007 with his mother, seeking better opportunities. He initially explored the construction industry but quickly found that juggling long hours of manual labor while balancing a second job at a local eatery was overwhelming. In 2008, he discovered his forever home at Precision International, where the consistent schedule and supportive environment provided him with the stability he needed. Outside of work, Rafael is a proud father of three children: Claritza, Mariana, and Liam. He cherishes the time spent with his family and enjoys catching up on his favorite TV shows. An automotive enthusiast, Rafael’s passion for cars is evident in his dedication to maintaining his own vehicle, a Honda Civic Type R and cruising leisurely on the weekends, with the windows down and his favorite music playing—an experience he describes as a feeling that can only be felt, not described. Through his hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm for both his career and family, Rafael serves as a constructive force and role model at Precision International, exemplifying the company’s values of integrity, teamwork, and community.
