My Story:
Zoila is a shining example of how hard work, dedication, and expertise can help an individual grow and contribute to the success of a company! Celebrating 23 years of experience, she was eager to express the value Precision International holds in her life. “Spending so much time here, we are all family. Birthdays and celebrations, creating great memories,” she explained. Zoila grew up in a big family of five brothers and three sisters and from an early age, learned the value of hard work and dedication from her surrounding loved ones. In 2001, she decided to make a life-altering decision by moving to the United States from Ecuador. Zoila joined our company the following week as she was eager to begin a new career and start learning a new skill. Hired as an order picker, she quickly became an essential part of our team by following kit directions with ease, which ensures our customers receive their kits with the correct components promptly. Correctly analyzing bills of ladings, prioritizing orders by their sensitivity, and smiling on her way in and out of work every day, she is part of Precision’s powerful foundation that has witnessed the company grow tremendously over the last two decades. Over the years, she has gained a wealth of knowledge in her field, which has helped her become an astounding mentor to newer employees and has contributed enormously to the morale of her department. Her quick recollection of part locations and customer specifications allows Precision to provide our customers with quick satisfaction. Apart from work, Zoila loves shopping and spending time with her family. She has learned a beneficial balance of her career, children, and happiness. She is respected by her coworkers for her ability to manage demanding situations yet maintain her positive attitude and resilience. She is a firm believer in the importance of consistency and effort which helped her grow into the valuable employee she is today. We are proud to have her as a part of our team and look forward to many more years of her contributions!
