It is my pleasure to introduce Kelly! Born and raised in Medford, New York, she has spent her career honing her skills and fostering a work environment that emphasizes teamwork and quality. Kelly is very family-oriented, whose relationships deeply influence her life and work ethic. She has been happily married to her husband, Joseph, for 35 years, a partnership characterized by mutual support and love. Their long-lasting marriage stands as a testament to their commitment to one another, having navigated life’s ups and downs. Family is the cornerstone of Kelly’s life, and she treasures the time spent with her family. Before the beginning of her 17-year stint at Precision, Kelly managed and facilitated warehouse operations for Transamerica, a company that manufactured transformers for commercial airlines. Her experience in operation management made her the perfect candidate to help streamline our production process. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and stellar communication, Kelly plays a key role in ensuring that our Floor Production Team runs efficiently. As our Floor Production Assistant Supervisor, she is responsible for thoroughly checking each order, verifying the quantity of parts, and aiding pickers with part number identification. Her keen eye for detail allows her to review and provide guidance on special order requests, which are a regular occurrence in the fast-paced environment of the company. This diligent oversight is essential in guaranteeing that customers receive their orders exactly as expected, which is vital for maintaining strong customer relations. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys a variety of hobbies, including traveling, reading, and actively ticking items off her bucket list. She recently checked off Las Vegas, which she described as an atmosphere she’ll never forget. Whether she is exploring new destinations or immersing herself in a captivating romance novel, Kelly embraces life fully and encourages others to pursue their passions. Her blend of professionalism, family values, and positivity make Kelly a well-respected leader at Precision International and someone we can always count on. Her commitment to her job and the people around her truly makes a difference, as she continues to create a positive impact in her department and Precision as a whole.
