Born in Ecuador, Maria embarked on a life-changing journey in 2003 when she migrated to the United States with her beloved husband, Jaime. Together for thirty-three wonderful years, their bond has only grown stronger through their willingness to create a better future. When they first arrived in the bustling streets of Queens, New York, the vibrant energy of the city was exciting, yet they soon realized that the fast pace was overwhelming for them. Seeking a more peaceful environment to nurture their family, they made the heartfelt decision to move to the soothing suburbs of Long Island. Together, Maria and Jaime have raised four daughters: Daysi, Jessica, Doris, and Fernanda. Family is everything to Maria, and she takes immense pride in being a grandmother to seven beautiful grandchildren, who bring boundless joy to her life. Any chance she gets, Maria cherishes moments with her grandchildren, always striving to make them smile and create lasting memories. Shortly after acclimating to her new surroundings, Maria took a major step in her professional journey by applying for a position at Precision International. She joined the Floor Production department as an order picker, where she quickly demonstrated her skills in part identification, location, and understanding of the company’s processes. Over the years, her hard work and commitment paid off, earning her a well-deserved advancement to Floor Production Assistant. In this role, Maria oversees order completion and verification for outgoing shipments, plays a vital part in ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately, and caters to special customer requests that require specific information, packaging, and instructions. Maria’s commitment doesn’t stop there. During her downtime, she finds fulfillment in assembling kits for stock, creating worksheets, and designing labels for future orders, pouring her heart into every task so that everything runs smoothly. Her attention to detail and dedication have made her an invaluable member of the Precision International family. A lover of nature, Maria finds inspiration in the beauty around her. Whether it’s taking calming walks with Jaime or basking in the fresh air, she relishes the serenity that nature provides, feeling invigorated as the sun shines on her. These moments of connection are a reminder of the simple yet profound joys in life.
