Quality at it’s Best.
Meet Sue! The powerhouse behind Precision’s commitment to quality. With an incredible 33 years of quality control experience, Sue brings a level of knowledge that few can match. Before joining Precision 8 years ago, she spent 25 years leading quality control operations at Langer Bio-mechanics, building a reputation for precision, consistency, and an unmatched eye for detail. Today, that same expertise helps drive the standards that define our company. At Precision, Sue plays a vital role in making sure every outgoing part is inspected at every stage before it leaves our facility. She manages and verifies QC personnel across all departments, ensuring that every station is staffed with trained professionals who understand the importance of getting it right the first time. When a position needs coverage, Sue quickly assigns a qualified backup, so production never skips a beat. Overseeing quality control at both of our locations, Sue has built a system that keeps operations moving while maintaining the highest standards possible. She carefully rotates team members through scheduled positions, so every inspector stays sharp, knowledgeable, and experienced with the wide variety of incoming components. Beyond quality control, Sue also tracks kit analysis procedures and production data, giving management valuable insight into performance and output goals. She is also tasked with reporting and rejecting parts that fail to meet Precision’s exact specifications. Her diligence and close attention to detail play a vital role in this stage of production and contribute immensely to protecting the overall integrity of every kit we produce. But Sue’s story goes far beyond the workplace. She grew up in Brentwood, New York, just a short drive from our current facilities, and has built a life centered around family. She is a devoted wife to her husband, Andy, with whom she has shared an incredible 36 years of marriage, a proud mother to her daughters Samantha and Alexandra, and a recent grandmother who treasures every moment with her granddaughter, Georgia Rose. She is also a dedicated dog mom to two special pups who keep life entertaining at home. When she’s away from Precision, Sue embraces her love for the water, spending summer days boating and enjoying the ocean lifestyle. Whether she is cruising along the shoreline, dropping anchor to relax in the sun, or simply enjoying the peace that comes with being out on the open water, she truly feels at home by the sea. She also enjoys a challenging puzzle, getting lost in a good book, and making unforgettable memories with her growing family. Sue’s experience, leadership, and dedication make her more than a Quality Control Manager she is one of the key reasons customers can trust the Precision name. We are extremely grateful to have a leader that has a keen eye for detail like Sue. We look forward to many more successful years with her at the forefront.
