Meet Lorena! Born and raised in Ecuador as one of nine siblings, Lorena embraced the role of responsibility from a young age. She spent a memorable amount of time with her younger siblings, caring for them while her mother worked tirelessly to provide for the family. This early experience shaped her into the remarkable person she is today, instilling the importance of accountability and compassion that she carries into every aspect of her life. At the age of 21, driven by a desire for new opportunities, Lorena made the courageous decision to move to the United States, paving the way for her future. Before joining our team, she spent a decade working at a plant nursery, where she honed her work ethic and developed a passionate commitment to a career. She faced the demanding peak seasons with remarkable resilience, frequently working 7 days a week. The challenges of balancing such a rigorous schedule left her with the desire to explore other opportunities, which eventually led her to our company, Precision. From her very first day, Lorena knew she had found her place, and she has remained a vital part of our team ever since. Currently serving as a Sub Kit Specialist, Lorena plays a vital role in managing orders for some of our most significant customers. She is responsible for receiving bills of material, interpreting special instructions from her supervisor, and skillfully delegating tasks to ensure every order is fulfilled efficiently. Her attention to detail extends to handling order revisions and strategically planning for large future requests, all while maintaining a seamless workflow. Lorena’s leadership skills set her apart; her colleagues admire her ability to inspire and motivate while always wearing a warm, welcoming smile. Her bright attitude fosters a positive team atmosphere that resonates through the workplace. In her personal life, Lorena recently celebrated a year of marriage to her husband, Santiago. The newlywed couple enjoy a vibrant life together, filled with shared passions such as cooking, taking scenic walks, and enjoying special dates that feature dancing and delightful dining experiences. Their six-year relationship is rooted in mutual love and respect, making each day an adventure to cherish. In her leisure time, Lorena cherishes the moments spent with her seventeen nieces and nephews, relishing the chance to guide and support them as they navigate life’s challenges. She also finds great solace in her faith, regularly attending church and cultivating a sense of community within her spiritual practice.
