It is my pleasure to introduce Manne! A radiant spirit that we are lucky enough to call our Sub-Kit Supervisor! Manne has been happily married for 17 years to her husband Gilberto and is a devoted fur mama to her beloved girl, Athena! Manne relishes long walks with her family and delights in visiting her favorite restaurants, but her true passion lies in traveling. Each moment spent with her two nieces in Ecuador is a treasure, as she tries to commit to making the journey back twice a year. The memories from her past visits left her speechless as she tried to explain the importance of seeing them. Her nieces are her world, and the presence of love can be felt throughout the room as she describes how close she holds them to her heart. Manne arrived in the United States from Ecuador in 2002 with no experience in production but a powerful desire to succeed. Her determination and work ethic set her on a remarkable journey in the manufacturing industry. Despite starting from scratch, Manne embraced every opportunity to learn and grow, quickly adapting to the demands of the job. Her resilience and dedication propelled her into increasingly responsible roles, transforming her into an asset that our team is grateful to have. Her story is a testament to the power of hard work and the pursuit of one’s dreams, inspiring those around her to strive for excellence. With a commitment to personal and professional growth, Manne steadily advanced through various roles in the Assembly Line Department where she began her journey at Precision in 2003. Her responsibilities included pulling parts from stock and managing assembly tasks, all of which prepared her for her eventual specialization in the Sub Kits Department in 2012. Recognizing her leadership capabilities and expertise, Manne was promoted to supervisor in 2016, marking a significant milestone in her career. In her current role, she oversees a team of Sub Kit Inspectors, skillfully distributing responsibilities to the lead inspector to ensure smooth operations. She plays a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring that parts are readily available to fulfill orders, and effectively running sub-kit lines to produce accurate sub-kits for outgoing shipments. Communication is a vital aspect of Manne's job, and she excels in fostering strong connections between her department and upper management. She takes on the responsibility of notifying management about low stock levels, conducting quality control analyses, and providing updates on order statuses. Through her diligence and proactive approach, Manne has become an invaluable asset to the Precision team, contributing to the company’s ongoing success and advancement in production.
