It is my pleasure to introduce Anna! Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Queens, Anna’s first-generation American experience is deeply intertwined with her rich Italian heritage, which she credits to playing a vital role in her authentic personality and overall demeanor. Anna’s family roots are evident in her strong sense of community and hospitality, qualities that enrich her interactions with colleagues and customers alike. Her approach to customer service is characterized by a bubbly personality and a genuine enthusiasm that makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. Early in her career, Anna worked at a law firm in Manhattan where she sacrificed 4 hours of commuting daily to gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a world of responsibilities on her shoulders. In the wake of the firm closing its doors due to retirement, Anna found herself eager for a new opportunity. After interviewing for a few companies, she found her forever home at Precision International. “The staff made me feel like I was family and for me, that’s what I live for” she explained. In her multifaceted role, Anna is the first voice and face that customers and visitors encounter when they call or visit our facility. She is also part of our dedicated accounting team where she holds an array of responsibilities ranging from managing invoicing and payables to overseeing credit cards and mail services. Additionally, she manages banking tasks with accuracy and care. Despite the demands of her job, Anna’s positive attitude and warm energy remain constant, making her an integral part of the company’s welcoming atmosphere. Her dedication to creating a positive workplace environment not only reflects her deep-seated values but also contributes significantly to the company’s success. Anna often reflects on the invaluable lessons imparted by her late father, who lived by the motto, “Treat people the way you would treat your family.” This principle helps shape her approach to every situation and is a constant reminder of the correlation between the values she grew up with and the values instilled at Precision. Anna’s family is the driving force behind her professional life. Her three sons and husband of 37 years, Mike, are her greatest sources of inspiration. The bonds they share offer her a reservoir of strength and joy, making every moment with them a cherished gem that far outweighs any material possessions. To Anna, the warmth of their presence and the depth of their connection are the true essence of what she values most in life. She loves to host her traditional Sunday afternoon dinners and patron her favorite restaurants with the family on weekends. Anna’s twelve-year tenure with our company stands as a testament to her significant contributions.
